HGC500 series CNC worm wheel gear grinding machine

HGC500 series products are highly intelligent and rigid products integrated modern CNC technological superiority. the product has the advantages of high machining accuracy, high machining efficiency, super accuracy retention. Furthermore, the product also has functions of auto rotation of grinding wheel protection cover, auto door,  auto truing of grinding wheel external circle, auto up and down movement of upper center, auto tool setting, etc. The machine tool has adopted continuous generating grinding theory between grinding wheel and workpiece，to achieve functions of split transmission, axial differential, grinding wheel truing, gear grinding, tangential differential, axial modification through 13 axes control and 5 axes simultaneous linkage.Auto load and unload of workpiece can be achieved by equipping a mechanical hand through the third party interface.

Hgc500 series is a 7-axis 5-linkage heavy-duty CNC worm gear grinding machine, which supports up to 2 grinding heads. There are three types of grinding power:

Hgc450 m=1-6 z=unlimited machining diameter 10-450, suitable for grinding 0-80kg internal gears

Hgc500 m=1-6 (8) machining diameter 10-500 is applicable to the grinding of 0-120kg internal gear

Hgc550 m=1-6 (8) machining diameter 10-550 is applicable to the grinding of 0-120kg internal gear

This equipment is suitable for grinding all kinds of heavy-duty large gears and large module gears.

Machine tool characteristics

(1) The workpiece turntable adopts direct-driven mechanism with circular grating ruler and torque motor , shorting transmission chain, getting high machining efficiency and excellent accuracy .

(2) Advanced grinding software with excellent mathematics calculating system of PowerGear-C400 made machining efficiency higher.

(3) Full circulation of auto truing ,auto tool setting and auto grinding can be achieved ,auto load and unload of workpiece can be realized by equipping mechanical hand through the third interface.

(4) The linear movement axis adopts imported roller linear guide rail system with pretightening force, ensuring excellent precision retentivity and durability, not easy to deform. The adopted precision ball screw is driven directly by AC servo synchronous motor.

(5) The upper center movement adopts imported linear guide rail supporting hydraulic driven structure, so it can move automatically . The distance from upper center to lower center can be adjusted from 280mm to 580mm(620mm). The adjustment is convenient and the gear machining range is large. The machine tool’s efficiency gets improved.

(6) The machine tool has a fully closed protection cover, safe illumination and oil mist treatment system, so there is no splashing, no leakage, no environmental pollution.

(7) The high power wheel dresser with single diamond roller makes the pressure angle can adjust .the truing route is reciprocating and feeding movement .
