HGW260 high efficiency CNC compound grinding wheel gear machine

HGW260 is a fully direct-driven CNC compound gear grinding machine integrated the functions of worm wheel grind machine and forming grinding machine with high speed, high efficiency , high accuracy . It achieves the functions of auto multi-head grinding , auto truing and auto tool setting,etc. The wheel dresser adopts single diamond roller and double sides truing, which realized the adjustment of pressure angle. The grinding allowance can be distributed evenly through auto tool setting and meshing .In-phase dressing technology is adopted by the machine tool, which is good for improving the dressing accuracy. The dressing position is lower than the workpiece fixture position, so avoiding effectively the influence of workpiece fixture accuracy caused by the truing waste.

        The machine tool adopts design concepts of thermal symmetry, high rigidity and lightweight, which improves the machine tool’s stability, machining efficiency, machining accuracy, so it is suitable especially for the small module gear machining fields, such as automobile gear, bump gear, etc.

HGW260 high-speed and efficient 5-axis linkage CNC gear grinding machine supports the grinding function of up to 7 heads, and can process CNC worm wheel gear grinding machine with addendum diameter less than 260, tooth width less than 200, modulus less than 4, and weight less than 50kg (including tooling).

(3) The wheel spindle, workpiece spindle and dresser spindle are motorized spindles which can grind stepped gear and multi-gear.

(4) Full circulation of auto truing ,auto tool setting and auto grinding can be achieved ,auto load and unload of workpiece can be realized by equipping mechanical hand through the third interface.

(5) The high power wheel dresser with single diamond roller makes the pressure angle can auto adjust .the truing route is reciprocating and feeding movement .
